I ordered this textbook, needing it in order to start class. I never received the book and ended up ordering another copy at considerable more expense plus next day shipping or I could have failed the class. When I contacted the seller, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it since they had mailed it and I was probably just trying not to get out of paying for the item. I don’t appreciate the accusation and will never purchase from this seller again or recommend this seller to anyone else.
